client information is safeguarded and protected. Client’s
house keys are stored on a tamper-proof key ring and identified
by serial number only. For added security, all keys
rings are kept in a locked safe, and signed in and out with each
and every use. As an additional quality and privacy control measure,
we assign your account to a single Lifestyle Manager. If they
are unable to serve you for any reason, you will be notified
of the
change.
- Professionalism. Our Lifestyle Managers are selected
from a large pool of candidates. We only select and train the individuals
who
demonstrate a heart for customer service. As such, you will be routinely
impressed by the quality of your assistant. We also have a strict
dress code policy so you will always know that you are dealing with
